Bluetooth Issue on new PC

Hey PCS,

I recently got my new PC. Absolutely thrill with it, however I have an issue when connecting my bluetooth headphones. I have them over a year and the work perfectly with all my other devices, so its not the headphones. I use them for work 2-way comm (voice & audio). I can get to work fine when I turn off 'Handsfree Telephony' in the devices settings but that defeats the purpose.

Anyway I get these working with both audio & voice?

Could you post your full specs from the order page and the make and model of the headset you're using?

When you say they're not working, what exactly isn't working?

Hey,

By not working I mean when I have the headset connected via bluetooth (audio/voice) the sound is awful, scratchy and inaudible.

If I turn off the voice service via the settings ('devices & printers' menu on windows). The audio improves but is still very poor quality.
If I connected the headphones via the cable the audio is perfect but now I don't have any voice.

I have tested my headphone on my older PC and the audio and voice perfectly.

Currently if I receive a call via teams, etc I need to switch to my old PC via my KVM switch in order to take it.

The headset I use is DOQAUS Care1 wireless.

Yes, the WiFi card does Bluetooth as well, so I very much imagine you'll need them. If you haven't done so already after installing the antennae, I'd try restarting the computer. After that, I'm afraid I'm out of ideas: I'm enough of an audio fan to go for wired headphones only...

When you set the PC up did you run the update checker till all updates were installed including the optional ones

@MARTINR36

Sorry so super busy the last few days, didn't see the reply.

Here is the screenshot of the updates screen.

I'm afraid I don't understand why we're helping with Windows 11 issues at this time? The 'insider builds' are not there so that people can run Windows 11 early, they are there so that the 'insider' community can report back to Microsoft when issues of exactly this type occur. These 'insider builds' are beta versions and like all beta versions any problems should be reported to the vendor. That's what beta testing is for after all....

I would urge the OP to report this issue to Microsoft via the Windows 11 feedback hub.

Totally missed it was windows 11!

Yes @ChristopherDonovan103 this is not something we can offer any support on, Windows 11 is still in beta and as such there are no drivers for it yet, you'd need to report this to microsoft through the normal bug report channels.
