Just a question but does anyone know what case the "PC Specialist Spectrum, RGB Mid Tower Case" is based on?
What did PCS say?

I take it you bought it from PCS? If so, you need to call them and they'll issue a replacement.

If you ordered it from a reseller like Curry's, then you still need to call PCS and register the PC with them, they just need proof of purchase, this will then enable you to get ongoing support. You don't need to still be in warranty for support.

If you bought it second hand or something, then you may not be eligible for support, but it's still worth calling PCS and discussing with them.

This is a very budget case, cases like these aren't modular, you can't just buy replacement panels like you can on a corsair or something more premium. The only people who could help out would be PCS.
