Budget work and gaming computer

Hi everyone,

Basically I need to get a computer laptop or desktop, it doesn't really matter, that I can use for work, which will include, Office, programming, web design image editing, nothing to stressful, and some low level gaming too, nothing too drastic.
However I have a rather low budget, maximum of about £650, however lower would be ideal. I have tried to make a few specs with the budget but I think I need some expert advice!
