buetooth failed to connect "A2DP Failed"

Hi, I am trying to connect to my wireless speaker and tried with Bose wireless and Veho M2 speaker bu when connecting always says: "A2DP Failed" fail to load stereo audio(M2) driver. I updated my buetoot but still a proplem. I have Windows 7 Home premium (64 bit) and a Defiance Series: 15.6" bought in 2015...and as

any help would be amazing a scannsolve by googling it and by updating the altest Windows 7 bluetooth drivers taken here https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/29330/Intel-Wireless-Bluetooth-for-Windows-7-

First thing you need to do is upgrade to windows 10, windows 7 has been out of support for over a year now and troubleshooting it is futile as the issue could literally be anything.

Agreed. If Microsoft won't support Windows 7 I don't see why we should.

thanks for your reply...tough as the upgrade means will have to reinstall all softwares and drivers I have in my laptop...
