Build Critique?

Hi All,

Looking to do some gaming in 1440p/4K, can anyone recommend any changes to this build where I can make any performance increases for little cost, or any parts I should sub out?

Also looking for 1440p (and with wishful thinking, 4K) monitor recommendations on a limited budget (£400 max)
