so i built a pc and i now cant use ethernet it doesnt show up as plugged in and i dont know what do o its plugged in and worked on my old pc

We'd need the full specs from the order page of your account please? If you log into your PCS account on the main PCS site, go to orders / my orders, select the order, then copy and paste the full specs but be sure to remove any windows key or promo keys.

If it's not a pcspecialist system, I'm afraid we can only offer advice on PCS builds, you'd need an open forum like toms hardware.
