Would this spec be good for a 2K monitor running call of duty hopefully around 200fps? my budget is £2k.

You going to want to go for an AMD build over Intel. Far better performance for your budget.

Whats the spec of your monitor. If its 144hrz you'll only be looking at 144 FPS anyway (which is more than enough for pretty much everyone expect Pro's.)

You’re going to want an AMD build, better case, an m.2 SSD, and a beefier PSU
Have you got the monitor already? As stated above, if you’re not a top ranked competitive player anything above 144hz is redundant and you’re wasting money on something that won’t enhance your experience.
