Call Support Number with Skype

Hello

Has anyone tried to call the support number from Skype?

I'm from Portugal and to call the support number on my phone, I would pay a lot. So I charged my Skype Account with 5€ and I wasn't able to call the support number.
Am I doing something wrong?
I tried to call +44 033 011 7000, +44 333 011 7000, setting directly the country but it wouldn't work, all I would get is "No Answer"

Thanks for sharing that, might be useful for other people outside of the UK (like me), especially after Brexit :ROFLMAO:

Gonna be honest, there are a few red flags on the .pt website, the phone number is using the Spanish calling code (is the support in Spanish or Portuguese?), forums is using Polish template:

If the idea is asking in Portuguese and answer is in Spanish, I would rather call the english number.
Also https://www.pcspecialist.pt/contacte-nos/ says "open between 10h and 18h" but it says its closed even tho its 17:14 at the time or writing this.
At least it seems to be connected at the same database, (confirmed as per trying to reset the password)

Thanks for pointing that out, I'll feed that back to the website administrators, I'm not sure if it's quite a new site that's under construction or not, but either way, needs solving.

I think someone has gotten mixed up as the screenshot above has .pl at the end so the Polish wording would be correct...think someone has simply mixed up the .pl and .pt

If you go to the .pt website and click on the link to go to the forums you go to the .pt / forum page but it has the .pl template and wording as seen above so yes someone at PCS has mixed it up unless they are sharing a forum?

Paulo Pitanga

@AndrePaulo @paulo_pitanga Thank you both for raising your concerns. I have some feedback from Mustafa who is the customer care manager:

"We have a dedicated Portuguese colleague who will be working on our PT website, due to difficulties we were not able to get a PT number, so for now we are using a Spanish number, we will be looking in getting a PT number soon."

So I do think it's a relatively new custom site, should be getting a dedicated Portuguese line soon and they'll be reworking the site. Bear with it for now, but the spanish number is currently the correct one.

The Portuguese forum is now translated correctly (not in Polish anymore) and @paulo_pitanga said that he is the PCS Portuguese speaker employee (y)
