Erm i will go out on a limb here and say no as tom said above if you can provide your budget and what you will be doing on the PC then i am sure someone will sort a balanced spec out for you.

Ah right I missed the bit on the bottom about the power supply. My budget is around 1600/1700 pounds. But I will be using it for gaming, graphics, web design and desktop publishing, and itunes. I require a big hard drive because I have a rather large itunes and its still growing. I also wanted to have up to 4 screens.
