Can anyone help me with upgrading my PC?

I got this PC for Christmas last year:

And as times gone by it's becoming more and more old and getting more slow, I'm looking to upgrade this PC so I can stream League of Legends at a solid 60fps.
I'm not too sure on my budget but if anyone can recommend new parts that won't altogether add up too much in price I'd be really grateful.

Your current PC is only 6 months old, there'll be nothing wrong with it and if it's running slow, it's most likely due to installed bloatware. A windows reinstall is a great way to bring back optimal performance.

If you do want a new build anyway, you'll need to state a budget, and do you play anything other than league of legends?
