Hi, I ordered a desktop and payed my deposit but it hasnt arrived and the latest stage has been accepted finance, i would like to cancel my order for a few reasons, is this possible?
The forums are not the place to request such things. They are not an official channel for support. Please use the proper channels such as calling 0844 499 4000 during normal working hours, emailing [email protected] or logging into your acount and sending a webmail.
You can cancel orders at the status "Finance Accepted" simply by logging into your account, clicking "Orders", selecting your order and scroll to the bottom and click "Cancel Order".
