Cancelling order with Finance Referred

Hi all,

As per the title, is it possible to cancel the order whilst the Finance is Referred?

Also, if I place another order (whilst the above is pending) and pay for it outright, if the finance then comes through, is it possible to then cancel the Finance order?

You’d need to speak with PCS about this, it’s not something we can advise on, or the finance company.

Phone PCS and ask them to just cancel the finance referral as you now wish to pay outright. It will save then having to cancel and reorder.

Unless of course you are drastically changing the order.
