cannot register my laptop

hi, i bought a second hand pcspecialist laptop in december and not happy. ive tried to register this laptop with them but there having none of it. even the owner who had bought the laptop from these guys cannot transfer the details. i need it upgrading and there the ones to do it but it seems they wont let me register this as 1 of there laptops so any advice guys.....
 
they have all my details and wont even message me back as ive been sending them emails for the last 4 weeks and nothing.

I recall @Rakk saying on an older thread that it is possible for ownership to be transferred to a new party but the original owner has to be the one to do so in order to make sure it’s all legitimate and the laptop isn’t stolen.

So it looks as though it’s in the hands of the person you bought it from.

The registered owner is the only one who can transfer ownership and warranty I believe, I think its so it cant have any warranty if its stolen.

You could try calling PCS and explaining, not sure if they'll do anything though as you're not technically the registered owner

they already have the previous buyers info and still wont let me register it
