Hello everyone,
I got my new computer 2 days ago and everything is working perfectly. My only problem is that I can't seem to connect my Bluetooth devices on my computer.
The Bluetooth option is turned on on my computer, and when I ran troubleshooting it said that everything was working.
I tried to connect 2 different devices (earphone and headphone) but I never see them in the device's list when I try to pair them with my computer.
So in case it's not clear: my devices are ready to be paired, I go to discover new Bluetooth device on my computer but the list is always empty, not showing my headphone.
These 2 devices work perfectly on my mac, and I made sure to 'forget' them on my Mac before trying to pair them with my new computer.
I don't really know what else to do. Any idea?
For information, my motherboard is : ASUS® TUF GAMING B550-PLUS WiFi (DDR4, USB 3.2, 6 Go/s) and my CPU is : AMD Ryzen 5 5600X.
Thanks for your help
