You don’t need to call, you can just cancel it on your main PCS account.Is it just the xmas rush or do you always have to que for hours to get through to anyone at Pc Specialist. I need to cancel part of an order my son added without my knowledge but the wait is averaging 3 hrs. When working no one has that time to wait. Emailed no response. Help.
Can you amend back to the original case? Should put your order back to how it was maybeThanks. He added another case but it hasn't been paid for yet and is showing as awaiting payment and it says you need to call to cancel. My worry is it will hold up the build which is already after xmas so jnr will be disappointed. The case he picked only adds a £1but it has no fan control so not ideal as apparently its very noisy as a result.
