Looks like other websites when they're asking you to accept cookies...if you scroll down, does it come up with the option to accept them?

Clear out any autofill as the browser will likely be using the incorrect details.
The forum and PCS websites are different username and passwords.
The PCS website uses your email as its username (and whatever password you chose), the forum uses your forum 'handle' (in your case it would be @Swig) as its username (and whatever password you chose).
I usually just click in the username box and my browser lets me choose the correct username for the PCS main website or forum as needed.

Nope no option for cookies
Turns out it was my AdBlockPlus chrome addon, I disabled it and it then the cookie popup came which I accepted and now it's back to normal.
Never had that issue before though with it though really weird
