How many GPU's are you looking to have in all?

There's is a PCIe limitation on desktop motherboards and a threadripper workstation might be more appropriate given your uses.

In a perfect world, 4 GPU's total.
So would you say a Ryzen 9 3950X 16core/32 thread will be a better choice?
No, you're on the wrong configurator for multi GPU's, you need a threadripper build from here:


For 4 x 2060's you'd need a PSU of around 1200W so you know.
