Changing the location where iTunes stores backups....

I have a 500GB M.2 Drive for my OS and didn't want the backups of the Mrs and my own phones taking up silly amounts of room there and iTunes still doesn't seem to have any function to allow you do that easily.

So, I used this to create a symbolic link from the default location to a new folder on my 2TB HDD. It works a treat! Although the backups appear to be stored in both locations, they actually only live on the HDD and take up no room at all on my OS drive.

Just thought I'd pass it on as it's handy and easy to do!!
