I would say that that cooler isn’t strong enough for that CPU, although there’s a number of adjustments I’d make for this build anyway.

For gaming, 32GB isn’t really necessary apart from a very select few titles. With the RAM PCS have you’ll find little difference between 3600 and 3200. For storage, I wouldn’t suggest one drive, especially with your budget. I’ve gone with a super fast Gen 4 M.2 SSD for Windows and programs, a 1TB SSD for games and a 2TB HDD for general file storage. I’ve upped the PSU to a 850W which will handle this build and a potential future upgrade much more nicely. For cooling, the 5800X can be toasty so the H115i Is the cooler I’d highly recommend.

Oh, also for gaming I’d highly recommend a higher than 60hz monitor. 1440p 144hz is the sweetswpot for gaming these days and there are a lot of awesome monitors

The Samsung G5 and AOC CQ27G2U are a couple of our favourites here on the forum. Or if you’re looking for something slightly different you could go 1440p ultrawide which would be amazing for simulation titles. The AOC CU34G2X is our go to for that, although is more expensive than a standard ratio panel
