I ordered a laptop from Clevo on July 10, 2023 and no product was sent to me.
I transferred the payment, 1600 euros, and the money has not been refunded for exactly 101 days.
When I tried to contact them many times, I only got the answer that the manager is evaluating my situation.
This company in Germany and name is Clevo Laptop
This is the first time I encountered a problem like this.
Has anyone had problems with the same company and gotten their money back?
