[CLOSED] HARDWARE ISSUE: All Games On PC Suddenly Unplayable + Strange Noise

Hi, I was wondering if anyone could help diagnose issue with my computer or a way to check for the issue. My PC is 5 years old (all drivers up to date) and has recently developed issues. A few months ago my computer could run most games and programs smoothly probably the most powerful being GTA V which it could handle at above 70fps consistently. However recently it seems that after transporting my PC I can't run the simplest of games, even browser games/60fps videos are a struggle (It's not just a constant low frame rate but a fluctuating one, for example it jitters from 200fps to 1fps just in ingame menus). Programs run slower when under strain from any games and seem to be a bit slower in general than how I remember however that may be from general deteriation of the PC and misrembering performance. Also my PC sometimes makes a constant annoying sound that lasts until it is shut down or sometimes slept, it seems to only happen sometimes when i start my PC but when budged slightly while on it can make the same noise again. Thanks in advance for any advice or help :)

Is this a PCSpecialist PC?

Those are big clues right there. :)

I would open it up and make sure everything is properly and fully seated. Pop out the RAM cards and reinsert them, do the same with all the PCIe cards. Also check all connectors to make sure they are fully home.

Also, backup all your user data and then run chkdsk /r on the hard disk.

My immediate guess is that when you moved it, you plugged it (your display) into the motherboard instead of the GPU.

Fixed the issue, my cpu was running way too hot (checked with openhardwaremonitor) 90 degrees celcius just on the desktop, then after applying thermal paste and reapplying the fan it went down to 40 and everything is working as normal :).
