My order number is 1638295 and my RMA is 84581. I called on 30 DEC to ask for my laptop to be repaired, they arranged for my laptop to be picked up only late in the evening of 5 JAN and I got a message from them that they received it only on 10 JAN. Two wasted weeks before they even started the process. Since then I keep calling for an update and they say my laptop is in queue. On Friday 14 JAN I called and they said it would be sent back to me next week. Yesterday, 18 JAN in the morning I called again and asked for an update, the PC Specialist person I spoke with proceeded to dispatch my laptop without it being repaired. I got an e-mail that they will dispatch the laptop unrepaired. I called back 4-5 times since then and every person I speak with assures me they will fix the issue and they will not send back the laptop withoutit being repaired, still when I call again to ask for an update they revert to the instructions that the customer service representative I spoke with yesterday morning gave them and they say that the update is that the laptop will be dispatched unrepaired. This has been handled so poorly, I am immensly frustrated and clearly will not order from them again, let alone send my laptop for repairs to them ever again.
