Computer crashing on videos s (has happened twice)

I've had two random crashes when watching videos (the computer just freezes completely and a buzzing sound is output). I've got no clue whatsoever on why this could be . Happened once a few minutes ago and once a few months ago, any help would greatly be appreciated. A forced shutdown is the only way to turn it off.

Here are two of my other threads that may be linked:

Also I've watched the videos again after with no freeze, the first time I only had one video open and the second I had two open (I regularly have a couple open at once though).

I think reinstalling Windows and starting again with a known clean system is a must for you now. I'm not sure that's related to your fan problem but I think your current system is not 100% happy and your only option is a reinstall.

Backup all your user data first, also backup the Users\....\AppData\ folder (it's normally hidden) because there is lots of application specific data in there (Chrome bookmarks for example) which you might want back. And then do a complete reinstall.

Actually, if you take my advice in the other thread about installing Macrium Reflect Free I would do that BEFORE reinstalling and take an image of your existing Windows partition/drive first. This is because Macrium Reflect allows you to mount image files as virtual drives, so if you forget to back anything up you can pull if off the Macrium image afterwards by mounting the image as a virtual drive on your new system.
