Computer keeps randomly Freezing

I have just bought the PC SPECIALIST - Tornado R9 Gaming PC - AMD Ryzen 9, RTX 2080 Ti, 2 TB HDD & 1 TB SSD and all is going well but i am getting very disappointed with the computer freeze. Please help someone :)

Where did you buy it from?

Have you run Windows Update since you've had it? That's very important.

Yep updated all and problem still persists.... thanks for trying, who would of thought my old computer was better than this up to date one

I would take it straight back to Curry's. Don't let them tell you it's PCS's problem because it's not. Your contract is with Curry's and they're responsible for selling you a working PC.

Is the mouse disappearing and the stall as you open/start new programs?

And Ubuysa is 100% right, Currys have full responsibility here...and they WILL try to tell you otherwise.
Your purchase is from them, your contract is with them.

They purchased it from PCS, if they then want to take it up with PCS then they can do, but that is their responsibility, not yours.
Dont let them try to tell you otherwise. If they do, and its still within the returns period, just return it and tell them its unsatisfactory performance and has had the fault since purchase. You're well within your rights to return faulty products to the place you purchased it from.
