Computer shutting down or rebooting

I've had my PC Specialist desktop for 6 months now with no problems, the only thing I have changed is to replace the graphics card from a GTX 670 to a 780 a few weeks ago.

Today I ran into serious problems with the PC either shutting down or rebooting. It doesn't seem to matter whether its under stress or idling. I looked into everything I could think of such as checking temperatures which were all fine, running MemTest86 which again was fine. I booted into safe mode and ran a full virus scan which was clear.

Do you think I have a problem with the PSU or motherboard or is there something else I can check?

I should add that it shuts down abruptly not safely.

Thanks for any help.
