Config for bioinformatics/business?

Hello to all,
I am looking for a slightly tricky configuration. I am interested in any kind of advice :)

For my work, I need a laptop (because I attend meetings all over the place) with bioinformatics (mainly basic RNAseq/Proteomics) in mind, and sometimes some photo/video editing (but this is only minor). So clearly not a gamer laptop (heavy, noisy, etc...). I don't care about a dedicated GPU. I have a 32" curved screen, so I need a dedicated usb-c (or TB) port (and I have a docking station). Cooling/heat dissipation is also essential.. because during "jobs", CPU will sing ^^

About my requirements:
RAM: 32Go minimum, 64Go is best
CPU: at least 8 core (10 or 12 will be perfect)
SSD: 2To very fast (980 Pro?)
Windows 11 Pro (because I will use WSL2 ^^)

Ports: at least 1 TB, 1 usb-c, and (micro)SD
screen: 15" is perfect but bigger may be fine too
weight: <2kg if possible

Based on that I'm hesitating between configs: Lafité Pro Series: 15.6" (here) but also Dell XPS15" or Lenovo X1 Carbon Gen 10
The advantage of PCS is the price and the choice of components, but I have concerns about the chassis, the overall quality, etc., so I am looking for information or suggestions!

Thanks for listening.
Greetings from Switzerland ^^
