Cooling choice - Super Quiet or Titan Fenrir Extreme

Pretty simple question - for a i7-870 CPU, is it worth upgrading the cooling from the Super Quiet Triple Copper Pipe option (£19 extra to the stock option) to the Titan Fenrir Extreme (£39 extra to stock option)?????

I'm after the quietest and longest lasting option for a rig that'll be doing normal photo/video editing type computing - no gaming.

Leave a stock cooler on and move the rig into a Sileo 500 case, that will make the most difference to noise levels.
