Yes, but Intel is not exactly a third party though. You only need to bother with that if Windows Update doesn't find all drivers (unlikely).

You don't need to keep updating drivers as you would with software. The only time you need to update drivers is when you're having problems or when you know that the updated driver contains features or support that you actually need.

Something like 90% of Windows problems are driver related, so they are best left alone unless you really need to update them. Same for the BIOS by the way.
