Cosmos 2 - remove keyboard

Hi,
I have tosend back the keyboard of the Cosmos 2 and I have to remove it fromthelaptopbut I don't know how toremove it.

I have already sent 5 emails to the technical support but nobody replied to me.
Does somebody knows where can I find a manual to do that?

I'm not sure about the manual (someone will probably know which model clevo laptop it is and then you should be able to find one) but if you can, give PCS a call rather than emailing and they will be able to talk you through it.

I have check both manuals (the manual inside the pc specialist package and the manual on the clevo website) but they don't explain how to remove the keyboard (only memory and HD)
The Cosmos 2 laptop is a Clevo W650 SR anyway

Does the pcspecialist website have a section with these information?

At the end the pcspecialist crew sent me an email with the technical manual to remove it

Hi,

Please can you tell me which version of the Cosmos 2 you have (15.6" or 17.3")? I have just ordered the 17.3" version (order being processed). Prior to ordering I asked PCS about the quality of the keyboard because there have been other postings to this forum relating this issue. I was told that they do not have quality issues with this keyboard and reminded me of the warranty. I'm getting nervous!

I received the new keyboard yesterday and it appears work properly.
