CPU Over Heating Despite Water Cooling + Fans

Hey everyone.

Looking for some guidance here before my CPU is damaged for good!

Cooling.jpg

As you will see in the pic, I have 4 fans, a CPU cooler and a 240mm radiator at the top. I have completed some research and gone for the neutral air pressure set up. So, cool air is sucked in from the fan on the left and suck out through the fans at the top - I am under the impression this is the correct way to do it.

The 240mm radiator and 2 fans (top left) is part of the GameMax Iceberg water cooling kit.

The issue I am having is that despite this cooling, my CPU sometimes hits over 95c and the pc shuts down with BSOD (machine check error).

I have hiked up all fans to 100% spin speed but to no avail. I cannot think what I am doing wrong here.

PC specs;

Windows 10 Pro 64bit
Intel 9700k CPU (overclocked by scan.co.uk before purchase) on Coffee Lake (core speed 5000 MHz)
16gb Corsair Ram DDR4
Asus Prime Z370 P11 Motherboard
GeForce GTX 1060 6gb GPU
750w Corsair PSU
GameMax Iceberg water cooling with 240mm rad
4 x 120mm fans

Any suggestions on where I am going wrong here would be very welcome!!

thanks in advance

As PCS sell custom desktops and laptops we can’t advise on self builds or competitor builds, you may want to check out toms hardware which is an open.
