CPU over temperature error

I've suddenly started getting this error message when turning on my pc.

I haven't done anything to get it to start, and I'm not sure on where to begin trying to figure it out.

any advice?

First check your CPU temps in bios settings if possible,if it's showing too high I would try to get rid of any dust from inside the case and on the CPU fan.
If the this is ok and all fans are working ok it may be necessary to clean and re-apply the thermal paste on CPU/cooler.

I use Core temp for checking CPU temps,it's pretty reliable.
