I could be wrong but I'm fairly certain that's a soldered in chip. With that in mind the only sensible upgrade would be a replacement board with the chip/gpu in place. That's only sensible from a practicality stand point though as financially it's a non-starter IMO.
Best way to upgrade is to sell on and buy new I'm afraid. It's one of the biggest shortcomings of laptops and why we always recommend over-spending on a laptop where we never recommend doing so on a desktop.
I’m sure @Scott is correct in that the CPU is soldered but if you want to check what upgrades are possible on your laptop you can log into your PCS account and select the upgrade option for that order.
You will then have a smaller configuration list of drop down menus of what components can be upgraded and what to.
