Currys PC World Guarantee

Hi All,

Anyone had to return a PCS desktop to Currys lately, any issues etc?

My barely 11 month old I5 desktop had the M.2 drive cook yesterday so obviously not too chuffed right now.

If it's not registered with PCS, then call up & do so.

They may simply send you a new m.2 to install, and then you can install Windows and recover your files from your backup.

But things do fail, so all you can do is hope Currys or PCS sort it out quickly & correctly.

Definitely register with PCS, it's covered under warranty, but PCS will be far easier to deal with than Curry's I would expect, they'll just ship you a replacement drive next day.
