I'm looking to build a pc mainly for algotrading (just modelling/simulating not running the strategies).
Lighter use will include kaggle/gaming/video editing, but doubt anything I'll do here will be demanding.
Budget wise I'm happy with £3.5-4k. Other half would prefer me to go lower.
I would like some help mainly with my storage configuration. I'm looking for a hard drive to store a decent amount of data and also looking to dual boot Windows/Ubuntu.
Also I won't be looking to overclock, but will likely be using a lot of the cores in parallel for extended periods of time, so wanting to make sure my cooling choices (case/fans/processor) are adequate here.
GPU - I'm looking to spend a lot of time using tensorflow-gpu so makes sense to get a decent card.
Ram - I do deal with quite a lot of data, I'm currently using 64, which I have only fully utilised a couple of times, but there's a chance I'll end up on a project requiring more.
