Desktop broke

My little brother got a desktop about 5 years ago and is now having problems with it are uncle had to switch the ssd as it corrupted worked fine for a year and now its playing up again he will play games on it fine for weeks then some days it will take forever to load or the fans go max then it shuts down we have added more thermal past but still nothing we tried taking back to currys yo get a diagnosis but apparently they can't take them in even though brought it from them and told us to contact u ao how do we go about getting a diagnosis and finding what's wrong if worth fixing

Firstly, none of us work for PCS, we’re just volunteers and customers like you.

You need to register the PC with PCS, just need proof of purchase, give them a phone and raise it with them
