Do I need 650W?

I have a i5 4690k, PCS Maelstrom T900 case and a CM Hyper 212 EVO air cooler. The calculations say I only need 550W. I would like to overclock the processor, so should I put the PSU as 650W cos I am overclocking it, or stay with 550W.

550w would be enough but I would go with 650w to have more room for upgrades like replacing the GPU.
