The only PCs we can advise on are those built by PC Specialist. 550 Euros is not a great deal of money for a PC, what you you plan to use the PC for? Does the 550 Euros have to include the keyboard, mouse, and monitor?

You won't be able to get anything anwhere near that budget, you'd be looking nearer £900 for an entry level custom gaming PC.
For that money you'd be looking at second hand.

At that price point I'd be looking at an Xbox Series X
I'd recommend not trying to spend on a gaming computer if you are broke

Save your money up for a while I would exspect alot of price drops in future on older components due to new cpu and gpus just being released
