Hi their forum people basically I am thinking of purchasing this build posted and would be grateful if I could get some feedback on it, I will mainly be playing the latest games and burning the occasional DVD.

Would 1 GTX 680 be enough for extreme gaming?
I have a budget around 2000 so any tweaking would be appreciated.

If you planning to run only 1 monitor the single GTX 680 should be more than sufficient to play any game in max settings with high fps.

When you say extreme gaming, what exactly do you mean?

Are you playing over multiple monitors? 3D? 3D surround?

The above setup will blow away any game you want on a single monitor. If you want 3D surround, possibly might be better with 2 680's, i presume you intend to go down this route at some point with that PSU?

Overall apart from adding a 2nd GPU their aint much room for more performance to be honest.

i do intend at some point to get 3d surround but at the moment just using a single monitor so i think ill just stick with one 680 but aside from that it looks ok?

I'll upgrade the warranty to Gold or Platinum considering you are spending around £2000 for peace of mind.

Can anybody enlighten me on the difference between an i7-3820 and i7-2700K ie price vs performance wise? cheeers

Oh and the i7- 3820 is On the X79 Platform Unlike the i7 2700k which Can Oc Like Crazy However I suggest the x79 platform on your budget or wait for ivy Bridge! Imo but the X79 I7 - 3820 is almost the same amount as an i7 2600k and Imo it's better!

If you take awesomes dudes spec then upgrade the warantee to at least silver.
