DPD Delay

We have just been informed by DPD that due to the Christmas rush some orders might be delayed a little, so apologies on behalf of DPD for any customers that might be affected. Keep tracking your parcel on the DPD website and they will update you as and when they can.

Before anyone starts to worry though...don't! All orders that are guaranteed before Xmas will get there!

Does this apply to orders that are awaiting components too?

If there is a component delay that will affect an order that is due for christmas you will be contacted directly.

I know it's not PCS's fault..
still annoying though!

Dispatched Monday for next-day pre 12am delivery (£9 extra). 12:35 on Wednesday and still no sign of it! Wonder if the free delivery would have been just as good.

Edit : I will say however the built/test time of the laptop was insanely quick. Ordered lunchtime on Friday, so you guys must have worked on it over the weekend and dispatched on Monday. Crazy fast! Kudos.
