Seems a pretty good laptop. Even too much for just one job (steaming). Of course it's plenty for office too.
I'd swap the Intel storage with PCS branded, they seems pretty good, for what I've heard. But I let other people judge.

Don't you have a Win7/10 licence lying around? You'd save some by let PCS send you an unactivated Win10 then you activate with that serial (just logging with the same MS account then Activation troubleshoot to migrate from your older PC if you used it already).

First drive is very small, do you need it, think there is a "not required" option. Plus Intel drives are not the best and do not last as long as others.

If no W10 licence and it is just for streaming a Linux distro should be ok.

Oh yeah, didn't notice you opted for a SATA SSD, also very small. Get riddance of that. 1 NVMe is plenty for this task.

Do you know what is the tgp of the Rtx3060 in this laptop? I preorder it but i would like to have a full 115w graphic card

Frankly I don't know, but being a Tongfang I suspect it's rated Max-P, as this OEM always goes with that type of RTX 30. I couldn't find any review of this particular 10750H laptop though, so YMMV.

They should include in the specs in their website though. Without anything saying you should think it's a vanilla version, so called Max-P, thus 115W.
NVIDIA actually requires any vendor to specify the TGP in their spec sheet...
