Elimina Series 17.3" laptop - Will this spec work well for Sims4?

Hi all
I'm a previous PC Specialist customer and looking to purchase a laptop for a family member. We want the laptop to be able to run Sims4 and similar games without any issues and were wondering if the below spec looks reasonable to do that? The price is close to the top of the budget, so hopefully it looks good.
Any comments would be gratefully received, thanks all.

Hello, you could certainly play those types of games, but probably at around 30fps at maximum settings, so I would recommend upgrading the GPU to a 3060.
A better thermal paste would also be helpful, as the 12700h CPU runs quite hot.
If your budget has been exceeded, you can save some money by removing the Windows license and selecting a standard PCS m2 drive.
