Enigma i7 drivers issue

Hey

I reinstalled windows 7 and my laptop and in the process this wiped all the drivers I had on it. I have the drivers disk which came with the laptop but when I go through the install process some of them don't work - wireless fails to install (even with firewalls turned off)wireless switch works and is turned on. Also graphics doesn't seem to work - put in a game disk and its response was 'Class not registered'.

I don't have much time to run through all this at home - so would I be able to send it back so the laptop can be restored to the same point it was sent out to me in the first place with all the drivers fully working?

I have the 3 year silver warranty.

Hello,

Unfortunately not, unless the laptop had a hardware fault. Give tech support a call and they will be able to run through and help install all the correct drivers.

Thanks for the quick response
problem seems to be sorted now

one of the drivers gave an error message saying that it wasn't compatible with the OS. So I reinstalled windows and drivers are installing ok atm
