Entering BIOS on Optimus V 13.3/Clevo w230st

A couple of months ago I bought an Optimus V 13.3 from PC Specialist and one of the first things that struck me was the fact it boots straight into Windows 8 without giving any kind of BIOS post screen. Now I need to enter the BIOS and can't seem to, I've tried pressing F2 repeatedly on boot as that seems to be the button that's supposed to be pressed on non-PC specialist versions of this machine, but to no avail. I also tried other common keys such as Delete but still with no luck. So how exactly do I access the BIOS on this thing?

F2 doesn't work with a UEFI bios AFAIK.

You need to do this (well it works on 8.1 give it a try on 8)

Charms menu, settings, power icon, hold down SHIFT KEY and click restart.
Then choose fix and repair, advanced settings, UEFI settings, then click restart and wait.

It isn't very intuitive is it!

I don't know if there's a way to get there without booting into windows first.
