Error Message : Can Anyone Help Please

every time i go and us Al Suite II 1.02.20 and click on Tools - Fan Xpert it come up with a error message saying:
Server Execution fail,progID: "AsusFanCantrolService.FanContrp;Manger....

i have tried to see if there is any updates for the software but there is not and iv done a clean install what i thought would help but have not is any way...



and then if you click ok



HELP Please

Suggestion there was to download the software direct from Asus as opposed to installing it from a driver disc etc.

Only particularly pertinent stuff I've found elsewhere when looking up this problem was to try and reinstall windows. It has worked for some people.
