Hi, just posting this incase anyone is in same situation as i was,im not sure at all about pc parts but was looking to get into it, i posted in the forum and ‘MrWilson’ and ‘Junior’ helped me spec the pc for what i needed it for, i ordered it on the 13th and it arrived this morning! Every 5 days i got an update on how my order was doing, it came packed up safely and amazing, i followed all the instructions and easily set it up, took me about 20 minutes, but ive played the games i want to on it so far and im amazed by the quality of it, i was going to buy another pc of a retailer for similar price and it didnt have as good components as mine do from getting it from here, so if anyone is wondering id highly reccomend this, i would rate everything 5 out of 5 stars and im just incredibly happy with it all

Consider sending an email with some feedback to PCS to let them know too. They've had a rough past few months/year and have been trying hard to get things right.....

Yeah they really helped me, so well that i think i posted and literally bought the pc about 40 minutes later after weighing it up, best decision ever did, im playin skyrim my alltime favourite game and its unreal never seen it like this on ps4, also my gf is playing sims 4 and amazed how it can look so good and pc not sound like its about to blow, id forget it was turned on if didnt have colours!

Yeah ill deffo send them an email, i thought this was where you left feedback sorry! Is there an official feedback page for them or is it just email? But yeah two week turnaround during covid was great and they kept me updated the whole way and im extremely pleased with it all, i never really write reviews but this whole process deserved it because everything was great, even if it took longer i wouldnt mind it was the way they kept me updated, plus packaged it so well and left easy instructions, im a noob and set it up easy, even if i forgot to plug the wifi antenna in at first so was worried about the low speeds 🤣

I remember this build! Very pleased to hear you're happy. It would be great to get some photos when you have a chance as I haven't actually seen a 215 in the flesh. And I'm sure as suggested the staff would love a positive email right about now!

Nah dont worry i get it messy with the wires 🤣 its a temp place where its at atm, dont worry im gonna cable tie the wires and neatly pack them out the way soon haha
