Glad you had a good experience with PCS and thanks for taking the time to tell others. We live in an age when people seem quick to complain but slow to, or never, praise. I think if you do one you should do the other.

My experiences with PCS mirror yours, about six laptops and a desk top if I include stuff ordered for family and friends and all have been fine.

This is computer 1 of 2 ordered in the last 4 weeks and again the customer service was excellent with email updates throughout the build and testing stages of production. The computer was delivered in excellent protective packaging and at the time PC Specialist advised it would be. I will definitely use this company again.
