Just a line to say that I have been on and off the 'phone with PCS most of this morning and they have been really excellent in sorting out my existing on-hold order when I wanted to change the spec. and add an item (we ended up cancelling the old order and I re-ordered straight away because I had caused the system to get a bit confused).

In addition, because of the Cougar Point/Sandy Bridge situation, I needed to place a sub-order via telephone for a couple of extra HDD. This was again handled really well.

So credit where credit is due and thanks to Matt, Jack(?) and Mustafa et al.
