Ah ok thats just cosmetic type LEDs unfortunately nothing to do with the booting of the motherboard.

I'd probably attempt to turn the motherboard off at the wall (or the back of the computer at the PSU) and leave it off for a few minutes before trying again to boot.

If you turn it on does it just fire up the fans and then... do nothing? How long have you left it like this before restarting/trying again?

i turn my pc on everything works my fans turn on but my keyboard and mouse dont react when i turn on the pc and i dont hear a start up beep and the monitor just shows a no signal it doesn’t restart on its own or anything it just stays like that until i turn it off by the power button

Did it ever work or is this how it arrived?

Perhaps daft question - but can you confirm the monitor is plugged into the correct slot (i.e. one of the ports in the RTX 3060) and not directly into the motherboard?

Kind of jumping to conclusions, I'm not sure how I could work out if it was a problem with the ram based on what youve told me :) it 'could' be but normally you'd get some kind of beep code or similar to indicate what the issue is. The fact that the PC (at least sounds like) is failing to boot entirely might be another issue.

Before going and removing the CMOS battery I'd probably advise giving PCS a call

Obviously if someone else here has an inkling of what it might be, they'll jump in. But failing that I'd call PCS.

I don't think the Prime B450-Plus has troubleshooting LEDs, the B550 does. If the speaker isn't hooked up there will be no beeps either.

I would check the connections inside the box, mainly the 24 pin and 8 pin.

Reseat the ram.

Reseat the GPU and power connections.

Clear CMOS * Picture from manual attached, it doesn't say it but remove the bridge between the connectors before powering back on obviously.

See how that goes first.
