fans boot but no beep and no signal

Windows should be still installed and bootable.
Enter the bios and make sure the boot order has the correct hard drive selected as boot option 1, more than likely your NVME 512GB drive.

Ok,
Press F1 and enter bios

Then press F10 to load default values and reboot. It should run then although you may need to re enable XMP and any overclocks that it shipped with.
 
so call them tomorrow when they are open
the pc now booted and did a beep when it was working before my keyboard and mouse are working now aswell i just dont know what to do the the screen i got i send a picture of it
