emailed pcs yesterday about my rear fan not working but decided to ring them today,did not have to wait to long on the phone told them the problem they had already responded to my email but they where very sorry and asked if they could possibly send a replacement fan instead of having to send my rig back, no problem I am willing to fit it myself (great support) polite and easy to talk too glad i chose them to build my rig
